The solution
The design of the KYB Shock Absorber’s website was formulated through extensive user experience research and testing. Undergoing extensive research before we embarked on the design process allowed us to align the user’s goals with those of the business.
We established two key focuses for the website. The website needed to educate users on KYB’s range of products, and give users the ability to search for parts suited to their vehicle using the inbuilt part finder.
By carefully considering the user flow and the information delivered at each stage of the user’s journey, we delivered a solution for KYB which fulfils their user’s needs & aligns KYB with their position in the automotive market.
