The project

When the existing website was no longer serving it’s purpose, First Call approached JTB Studios to overhaul the strategy, design and development. The main issues lay in the user experience of the website, with a large amount of online forms users were confused and unable to complete tasks. JTB Studios spent significant time researching and understanding the business and the website users. With these findings and incorporating best usability practices, we overhauled the information architecture and form design patterns.
